Hearing the lived experience of others stories about caregiving and recovery are so important. Here are some links you may wish to explore while we build up our library of lived experience stories. Learning from each other provides hope, normalises what is otherwise often a bizarre journey, can provide tips and ideas and engender confidence in families that this experience is doable and survivable.
